Shipping policy

The Room Assembly's digital guides are delivered electronically. There is nothing physical to ship, and no shipping fees apply.

Once your payment is confirmed, your personalised, watermarked PDF guide is delivered automatically via FileFlare, usually within a few minutes of purchase, sent to the email address you used at checkout.

If you don't receive your guide within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at hello@roomassembly.com and we'll resend it.
